A couple of my best friends are lesbians. I really like them, although I do wish they wouldn't keep trying to set me up with their other gay friends. I mean just because I accidentally walked into a gay bar once doesn't mean I'm a lesbian. Although I was rather offended no one chatted me up. Am I really that unattractive to the same sex?

have you tried blackmailing the hospital? I once owed someone money but managed to get out of it after I took photos of them inserting their fist inside a horse and threatened to expose them unless they forgot about the money I owed them. Have you considered selling your body to one of the doctors? If that doesn't pay the bill, you could secretly video it and blackmail them.
